Crystal Fleming, CEO of Living Invigorating Valuable Experiences, (LIVE) LLC, holds a B.S degree in Political Science, a M.S. degree in Criminal Justice, and is ABD in Public Policy Administration. Ms. Fleming is a former law enforcement officer with the City of Atlanta Police Department, and has served as a Higher Education Criminal Justice Chair and Instructor. Whether operating in the capacities as a law enforcement officer, a college department chair, or as a corporate executive, Ms. Fleming consistently maintains and demonstrates performance and leadership excellence, fueled by her unwavering passion and commitment to achieve organizational success while leading her teams to maximize their potential and success in every endeavor. Ms. Fleming transitioned from the world of academia to join the management team of government contracting firm TJFACT. She maintained oversight responsibility of all Federal contracts within two years of joining the company.
Ms Fleming demonstrated that she possessed the capabilities, the skills, and the determined leadership to drive performance in several primary corporate areas, such as Human Resources, Infrastructure Planning, and Business Development. For her efforts, Ms. Fleming was rapidly promoted, ultimately becoming TJFACT’s Vice President of Programs. Ms. Fleming successful background in helping TJFACT achieve its goals and objectives provided the cultivation for her to launch LIVE into the Government contracting space and take on the duties of CEO. At the helm of LIVE, Ms. Fleming brings a diversity of contract management experience across a landscape of functional areas Her expertise also includes overseeing contract operations performed in global locations such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Thailand, Niger, and Nigeria. Ms. Fleming has acute organizational development knowledge that fosters an employee friendly culture and long-term personnel retention at the corporate level and on contract LIVE is the culmination of Ms. Fleming’s experience in delivering high quality services to Government customers and the creation of an organization that thrives on the success of its employees.
